For the first time in the competition’s history, the Intrust Super Cup will be streamed live across the entire Pacific as part of Queensland Rugby League’s (QRL) expanded broadcast offering through its Q+ service.
One of the premier Rugby League competitions in the world, the Intrust Super Cup features twelve teams from across Queensland, plus representatives from northern New South Wales (Tweed Head Seagulls) and Papua New Guinea (PNG Hunters).
Kicking off this weekend, Q+ will stream a match every Sunday for free on QRL.com.au, the Intrust Super Cup App and the Intrust Super Cup Facebook page, with will be accessible to fans across the Pacific, including those in the Pacifique Treize’s catchment of New Caledonia, Wallis & Futuna, French Polynesia, Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands.
The live coverage, which will kick off at 3pm every Sunday in Noumea, provides an opportunity for fans to become familiar with the future opponents of the Pacifique Treize team, whilst also enjoying quality Rugby League.
